As a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Master’s in Neuroscience, she brings both advanced clinical expertise and a genuine heart for helping all people thrive.

Dr. Kara has a special passion for supporting children with neurodevelopmental challenges, and she shares our deep commitment to excellence in care—mirroring the same high level of intention, precision, and compassion that Dr. Joe is known for.

We’re incredibly grateful to have her caring for our practice and our community.

After a wasp sting launched a series of tics, this mother was searching for answers.

She was told it was allergies, but still nothing changed until she found us and we looked at the function of his nervous system and the connection between his brain and body 🧠

Functional neurology and chiropractic care supported his healing so that not only did the tics resolve, but his coordination, confidence, and body awareness improved too 🙌🏻!

This isn’t just a vision test.

is a neurologic assessment that evaluates how the brain and eyes are communicating. After a concussion, that connection is often disrupted—even when standard imaging or basic eye exams appear “normal.”

At Calibration Brain & Body, we assess brain-to-eye function to understand how the brain is processing visual information, where breakdowns are occurring, and how those breakdowns may be contributing to symptoms like chronic headaches, neck pain, dizziness, fatigue, eye strain, poor focus, or feeling “off.”

By identifying these neurological patterns, we can create a targeted, individualized plan that supports healing—not just symptom management.

Because recovery isn’t about pushing through. It’s about restoring communication, regulation, and clarity from the brain to the body.

What began as a premier chiropractic clinic in Mansfield has evolved over the years into something more - because once you see what’s possible, you can’t unsee it.

Dr. Joe’s residency nearly 10 years ago exposed him to some of the most complex neurological cases, treating professional athletes and members of the US armed forces, many of whom traveled across the country for answers.

That experience changed everything and has shaped our vision over the years.

Calibration’s evolution in Calibration Brain & Body isn’t by accident. We exist because complex conditions - especially migraines, post concussion syndrome, and dizziness - deserve more than surface-level care.

This is purpose-driven care.
