A HydraFacial is a great option for people who aren't ready for more aggressive treatments because it works right away and doesn't require much downtime. A HydraFacial can be part of a full skincare plan with chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments for more serious problems like scars, deep wrinkles, or big changes in skin texture.

It's common to see small veins on the face or legs. Genetics, sun exposure, aging, or changes in circulation can all cause them to show up over time. Most of the time, they don't hurt anyone, but a lot of people choose to treat them for cosmetic reasons.

Laser vein treatment works by sending focused light energy straight into the vein. The heat makes the vein close and slowly disappear, but the skin around it stays the same. The body naturally absorbs the treated vessel over time, which makes the skin look clearer.

Most of the time, the treatment is quick and doesn't require any recovery time because it doesn't involve surgery.

A lot of people notice the same thing after a facial. Their skin looks brighter and clearer at first, but after a few weeks some of the dark spots seem to come back. That can feel discouraging, but it’s actually very common.

Most facials work on the upper layers of the skin. They help remove buildup and encourage fresh skin to come forward, which is why the complexion often looks more even right after treatment. The deeper pigment in the skin, though, may still be there. When the skin is exposed to sunlight, heat, or irritation, those pigment cells can become active again and the darker areas slowly return.

Some types of pigmentation, like melasma or marks left after breakouts, tend to need ongoing care. Treatments can improve the appearance, but keeping the skin protected and maintaining a routine usually plays a big role in keeping results longer.

For many patients, managing pigmentation is more about steady care than a single treatment.

Changes around the neck are often one of the first things people notice as the years go by. Skin may start to loosen, fullness can develop under the chin, and vertical bands in the neck can become more visible.

A neck lift is designed to address these changes by improving the contour of the neck and jawline. During the procedure, underlying structures are adjusted and excess skin is removed to create a cleaner, more defined profile.

We take time to evaluate the entire lower face and neck before recommending surgery. Learn more at: https://markbisharamd.com/neck-lifts/?=

A few things you can do to help your body heal after liposuction or before it can make a big difference in how your results turn out.

1. Not getting a post-op massage - lymphatic or post-op massage is very important for recovery. It helps stop fluid from building up, makes contouring easier, and may help stop scar tissue from forming. Not going to these sessions could make it more likely that some areas will be uneven or hard while they heal.

2. Using ice without care - The area that was treated may feel numb for a while after surgery. It's easier to use ice for longer than recommended when you can't feel it as much. Cold weather can hurt your skin or even cause cold injury, so you should always use temperature therapy carefully and follow your provider's instructions.

3. Rushing the healing process - swelling takes time to go down. During recovery, the shape of the area may change at first, with small lumps or firmness. These changes usually get better over time. It can take the body several months to fully heal, you should be patient and take care of yourself properly before thinking about getting more treatments.

Many patients want to avoid surgery when their hair starts to thin out, which can happen slowly over time.

One way to use your body's own healing powers is through PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy. A small amount of blood is processed to concentrate growth factors, which are then injected into places where hair is thinning.

These growth factors may help the hair follicles and make the scalp healthier, which can lead to thicker, healthier-looking hair over time.

PRP is a treatment that doesn't require much surgery and is often used on both men and women who are starting to lose their hair.

Different things affect the health of your skin, such as what you eat and how you live your life. Some foods have vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy fats that help the skin stay balanced and look good overall.

Balanced diets often include foods like avocados, blueberries, almonds, pears, and matcha because they are good for your skin, help you stay hydrated, and protect you from free radicals.

Professional treatments can help with specific problems, but keeping up healthy habits like eating well is also important for long-term skin health.

📞 Call (817) 389-7981 to set up a consultation and find out more about treatments that can help your skin look healthy and radiant.

Many patients come in frustrated about the same thing. They exercise, they eat well, but certain areas of fat simply don’t respond the way they hoped. That’s where liposuction can help.

We use liposuction to remove fat from areas where contour changes make the biggest difference, such as the abdomen, thighs, hips, arms, and sometimes the neck. During consultation, we talk through what you’re hoping to improve and look at whether liposuction is the right approach.

Every patient’s body is different, the procedure is planned individually.
