The year was pretty special, from hitting our 10 year anniversary, to working with some amazing staff, and seeing breakthrough in the health and wellness of our patients. I wouldn’t trade this job for the world!

Then headed to church solo because my house is either under the weather or recovering. This is why I’m so grateful to have been adjusted to keep me healthy and well! Yes - I’m a chiropractor who takes her own advice and gets regular adjustments! 🤗

Some patients leave a mark on your career… and some leave a paw print on your heart forever. 💜

Jiggs came to me over 10 years ago after his family was told that putting him down might be the kindest option. He had lost function in his back legs and hope felt limited. But his family chose to take a chance on chiropractic care - and that decision changed everything.

Not only did Jiggs regain quality of life, but he gifted his family 10 more incredible years together. He became a pivotal patient in my journey, showing me just how powerful and life-changing chiropractic care can be.
While we are heartbroken to say goodbye, I am endlessly grateful for the time Jiggs had, the lessons he taught, and the reminder that sometimes hope begins with one brave choice.

Anti-inflammatory Christmas drink recipe 🎄☕️

I found this recipe from another creator and knew I had to try it! What cozy drinks are you making this winter?

1 bag of cranberries
2 ginger roots, sliced with peel
2 lemons, sliced
4 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp whole cloves
A handful of fresh rosemary
A handful of fresh thyme

Add all ingredients to a large pot.
Cover with water.
Simmer on low for 1–2 hours until fragrant and deep in color.
Strain and enjoy hot or cold.
Store in the fridge to sip on for the next few days!
