Hey DFW — quick question:
Did that crazy hail storm do any damage to your roof?

We’ve been out checking homes around the area, and honestly… a lot of folks have damage they didn’t even realize.

We’re a local company (based right here in DFW), and we’re offering free roof inspections to help people figure out if they’ve got hail damage — no pressure, no salesy stuff.

If you’ve noticed:
- Dents or granules in your gutters
- Shingles on the ground
- Weird water spots inside...

We’ll take a look, walk you through what we see, and if you need to file an insurance claim, we’ll even help with that too.

DFW CAD Services, LLC

DFW CAD Services began as a small, part-time cad drafting service, but has grown to become a legitimate player in the DFW Engineering and Design world despite its very modest beginnings.

We believe the best way for a business to grow is organically, and that has certainly been the case for DFW CAD Services. We enjoy the challenge of adapting our service to fit the market and tailor our focus based on what we observe happening around us. This can be risky, but it has helped us develop the flexibility that has set us apart over the years. We work with a wide variety of clients on a broad spectrum of projects, from Civil Engineering and large land development projects to designing and 3D-printing prototypes for local inventors.

The development of DFW Cad Services did not follow the traditional course. Shawn Mansell did not receive a degree in CAD Design, Business Administration, or any other relevant field that you would expect from someone who would go on to start a technical design business. He obtained a 4-year degree from Bible College, then shortly thereafter managed to learn enough basic AutoCAD skills to get a job working for a large Civil Engineering firm in Dallas.

During this time, Shawn began doing small CAD jobs after hours from his spare bedroom in Grand Prairie, Texas. A thrown-together free website and a few generic Craigslist posts offering affordable CAD drafting services eventually brought in a few clients. Within just a couple of years, those few clients turned into a dozen or so, and the jobs began to start coming in quite steadily.
