Why do we offer yoga? It is not with intentions of being the next big studio in town. We have plenty of amazing studios near us and we love that for the surrounding communities! Often times our patients are facing chronic pain and chronic conditions that can make movement feel impossible. Our classes were intended to be small and focused on creating a safe and less intimidating space for our patients to move their bodies. Take a pause for yourself and let the sound wash over you. Each session begins with gentle breath-work and meditation before immersing you in calming sound vibrations designed to reset your mind and body. September's Full Moon Sound Bath will be the last FLOATING sound bath of the season (weather permitting) Do not miss your chance to float. It is an amazing experience.

If you’ve been wondering whether you should come to tomorrow night’s Full Moon Sound Bath…the answer is yes. This picture is from last night. That is not the sun, but the MOON.

This is your gentle nudge from the universe — and from me — to give yourself a pause. The full moon is a powerful time to release, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. That’s why I hold these sound baths under the full moon sky. It’s not just about the beauty of the night — it’s about the energy it brings.

🌕 This month is the Sturgeon Moon.
Named by Indigenous tribes and early settlers after the giant sturgeon fish that were most easily caught in the Great Lakes during this time of year, it’s a moon that symbolizes strength, persistence, and a return to the flow of nature.

The energy of the Sturgeon Moon reminds us to swim through life with intention — to let go of the weight we’ve been dragging and to move more freely. Sound baths help guide that release. With every vibration, every breath, we make space for calm, clarity, and reset.

You don’t need to bring anything but yourself.
Just wear something comfy and come as you are. Everything else — cozy mats and floats, blankets, bolsters, eye masks, and a supportive space to just be — is already waiting for you.
