There was a season of my life where I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

My PCOS journey, postpartum body, and the reality of balancing family and business changed me.
They strengthened me and gave me the heart I now bring into my coaching.

It means discipline

I didn’t want to call it any name because what I’m building is more about sustainable routines and real life balance.

A lot of people want quick results, but StayFit is about consistency. Because when you focus on realistic routines that fits your daily life, the results don’t just come, they always last.

I don’t coach from vibes or tips and tricks.

I coach from training based on knowledge and experience.

I’m well grounded in psychology, nutrition and fitness so I understand not just what to do, but why people do what they do.

Bodies, food, mindset, relationships, they’re all connected and I chose to master the connection.

I started because I was tired

Tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own body.
Tired of questioning my body
Tired of my shape

Some days I showed up.
Some days quitting felt easier than trying again.

But somewhere along the line, fitness stopped being about how I looked but how I felt.
