Yesterday, we celebrated the birthday of the best administrator in the world! 🎉🎈 He was showered with gifts, laughter, and some pretty funny balloons!

Running a skilled nursing facility takes heart, patience, and strong leadership. It takes someone who can balance compassion with accountability, support staff while advocating for residents, and keep everything moving even on the toughest days. That’s not easy, but you make it look effortless.
