Did you know? 🧠

Our normal breath uses around 30% of our lung capacity. When we don’t use it, we lose it. Our air sacks atrophy, shrink and harden without using them and expanding them daily. We develop each breath to the fullest by practicing yoga, expanding the air sacks, and creating greater lung capacity. This practice helps us utilize more oxygen and calms our central nervous system. 🫁☀️
