We get a lot of questions about Testosterone (T) Boosters. With tons of studies showing that men’s T levels have been dropping in the United States for decades (likely due to stress, diet, and environmental factors), it’s no wonder that this is a HUGE concern for men. We carry several supplements designed specifically for the purpose of supporting healthy levels of T for men, but our go-to is Test Rush by Eminent Nutrition.
Not only is testosterone production an issue, but the conversion of testosterone to Estrogen (Estrodiol, E2) is as great of a concern, if not greater. Producing adequate T isn’t enough if your body is robbing you of your precious T and converting it to E2. To combat the conversion of T to E2 (aromatase), we like to suggest anti-aromatase supplements like E-Brake or Estrocontrol. These products are intended to work synergistically to increase your Total and Free Testosterone.
