I AM .... LOVE, ENOUGH, ABUNDANT, HEALTH, HAPPY, WORTHY, KIND, BEAUTIFUL, CARING, FRIENDLY, GENEROUS, COMPASSIONATE and so much more!

I'm breaking through my old limiting beliefs because the new beliefs I have about myself feel so much cozier 💖
If you ask me what has been one of the biggest ways to shift my overall health...

The answer would be: Keep learning and trying new techniques. Watch and listen to others who have achieved what you're after... "success leaves clues".

After finishing 4 intense days of learning how to understand what drives me and what holds me back, I feel even more empowered. Tony Robbins is an amazing example of leaving clues for us, he had a terrible early life that he was able to overcome by never quitting and always trying to find new ways to break through what he once saw as impossible. He surrounds himself with the best and works hard to be kind and generous all while managing over 120 companies. That's pretty impressive and getting to spend time to hear and understand the wisdom he has to offer can change you if you're open to change.

And, maybe he's not your guy.. but find someone or many someone's that can help guide you along your journey. But, never be fooled into thinking someone else can heal you!

Only you can do that, but there's someone before you that's done it for themselves and they're either taking about it, have their own podcast or have written a book or made a documentary about it. Keep believing in yourself and look for those people.

Keep learning, your mind craves growth.... I promise you won't be disappointed when you begin making yourself a priority.
