Yesterday was Operation Heal Our Veterans! 🇺🇸
All Third Street dental staff came together at 600 W Third St to provide 66 local veterans with cleanings, extractions, and other dental services. Veterans received Texas Roadhouse gift cards, t-shirts, snacks, gifts, and a free meal from Grunt Grub food truck!
Thank you to the Vets who attended and the ones that weren’t able to. We are so grateful for your service and for all you’ve given to keep us safe.
We also want to give a HUGE thank you to our amazing dental staff that puts so much compassion and care into the work they do. You are so appreciated! 🦷🪥

Third Street Community Clinic, dba Third Street Family Health Services (TSFHS), is a federally-qualified 330-e-funded health center providing comprehensive primary and preventive care. TSFHS was originally incorporated and known as Third Street Community Clinic when it first began serving Richland County in 1994 with one site in Mansfield, Ohio. Today TSFHS continues to provide all its services primarily in Richland, Ashland, and Crawford County-10 locations located in Bucyrus, Ashland, Mansfield, Ontario, and Shelby.
TSFHS goal and overall mission of TSFHS is to continue to provide accessible, quality primary health care to the under-served living within the service area.
TSFHS is Joint Commission accredited and also has earned PCMH recognition. TSFHS also earned 2018 recognition from HRSA for being a National Quality Leader in the categories of Access Enhancer as a Health Disparities Reducer.
TSFHS offers MyChart. A patient can use MyChart to schedule appointments, view information about upcoming appointments, view test results, see information in their medical charts and communicate with the providers using a secure, HPI-protected system. MyChart also has financial information including outstanding balances, and offers instructions on how to make payments and apply for discounts. All electronic communications between the clinical staff and patient become part of the patient’s health record.
