The team behind Restaurant Day deserves recognition for their tireless efforts. The impressive menu featured garden salad, fried fish, fried chicken, crawfish étouffée, shrimp, fettuccine, homemade hamburgers, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, green beans, corn, cornbread, and pea salad. Desserts were plentiful, offering something for everyone. Their commitment to delivering outstanding meals for our residents is noteworthy, making our community a standout in the parish.

We turned our assisted living into a full-on sock hop today! 🧦🎶 From crazy socks to big smiles, the music had everyone dancing like it was the good old days. Moments like these remind us that joy never gets old 💃🕺

Our trip to Forest Hill yesterday was a productive one, as we picked up hanging baskets and had lunch at Lea's lunchroom, savoring every second of the sunshine amidst a packed schedule.
