No one grew up the same, yet many have trauma they are healing from.

No one has the same family life, but we all have the same complaint- we are stressed or we are tired.

No one has the same financial experience, but we are all stressing about our futures.

We are all alot more alike than we care to admit, yet still some are said to be "too much" or "a lot"... we believe this is where the magic is found.

Most of us werent taught happiness, we chase it.

Its found in all the small moments along the journey but if you're too busy chasing, you miss out.

Enjoy the ride, find joy in your life, live in the moment and be happy always 😊

120 min sessions are the ultimate goal for full body massage.

This is a nurturing multi-modality session, we provide a grounding space for complete relaxation, detailed pain relief and assisting in nervous system repair.

Each session includes choice of hot stones, cupping or guasha, along with hot towels, reflexology, aromatherapy, trigger point therapy, myofacial release techniques, swedish and deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, etc. We provide a full intake form to confirm we are working on all the areas you would like addressed as well as all the areas that attribute to the pain points you have.

Our sessions are provided on a fully heated table with a 3 inch thick memory foam pad, creating a soft cloud-like experience for achy bodies to fully melt into. As well as fully emersing sound therapy to help your mind recalibrate while your body is realigning.

Providing you a complete experience that enables you to step back out into the world with a fresh start.
