Park View Cemetery, Funeral Home, & Crematory has been providing San Joaquin County with dignified and professional services since 1917.

Cemetery gates open 7 days per week 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Office Hours Monday through Friday; Hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The death of a loved one is undoubtedly the most traumatic experience any of us will ever encounter. At Park View Cemetery & Funeral Home, we want to assist you in making the difficult decisions about funeral and cemetery arrangements for yourself or someone close to you. This Memorial Day, we gather as a community to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Established after the Civil War, Memorial Day Serves as a solemn reminder of the cost of freedom and the enduring legacy of those who gave their lives for it. VFW Luneta Post 52, along with the Park View Cemetery and Funeral Home invites you to commemorate this day with us, as we pay tribute to the fallen and ensure their courage and sacrifice are never forgotten. Let us come together to reflect, remember, and recommit to the values they fought to protect. Together, we keep their memory alive.

Chapel Service for June McElvain.

Please note: we had technical difficulties this morning with our live streem. We are posting this video/audio from our security camera in hopes that it will give some out of town family members a chance to see and hear the service with the recording we have. We sincerely appologize for the technical challenges this morning, and regret any inconvenience this has caused. Please help us honor those who have sacrificed everything. Park View Cemetery and Funeral Home and Stockton Veterans of Foreign Wars Luneta Post 52, invite you (the community) to join us in honoring our veterans on Memorial Day at Park View Cemetery 3661 French Camp Road, Monday, May 27, 2024 at 11 am.

The Memorial Day service will be held outdoors. We will provide Coffee and refreshments to attendees. If you have any questions please contact the office at 209-982-1611.

Fraud Alert ~ Obituary Scammers Warning

Dear Patrons & Public,

We have become aware of a nationwide scam targeting families that have recently experienced the loss of a loved one. In this scam, individuals pretending to be representatives of a funeral home or cemetery contact the deceased's family and may request, or even demand, some form of payment before services can proceed, or may request other personal information about the decedent. The scammers also use spooﬁng software that enables their phone number to appear to be that of the funeral home or cemetery.

We have had a handful of our local client’s report receiving these calls.

If you receive a call from an individual claiming to be a funeral home or cemetery employee who is attempting to “gather” or “verify” financial and/or personal information, please do the following:

• Refuse payment and NEVER disclose credit/debit card numbers, banking information, social security numbers or a date of birth. Do not disclose ANY personal information about yourself or your deceased loved one.

• Let them know that you will follow-up directly with the funeral home or cemetery and END THE CALL. Then call us using a number you know to be our legitimate number.

• Feel free to end the call without explanation if it appears suspicious or to be a scam.

We regret that we must make you aware of such a scam, but feel that by sharing this information with you, you will be more prepared should you become the target of such a scam.
