LAUGHTER is a great way to relieve stress!
Research shows that the benefits of laughter are far reaching.
Laughter can help increase immunity, relieve pain, decrease the level of stress hormones while increasing hormones, like endorphins, that enhance our mood and provides physical and emotional release!

Have you heard the joke about stress?
No!!
That’s because stress is no joke!!

We are living in uncertain times.
For many these are times like we have never experienced before.
For most of us the result is added stress, and more specifically, chronic stress.
Stress wreaks havoc on our bodies.
It impacts our health and wellness physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
We cannot be healthy and well living in a state of chronic stress.
It is important to “be intentional” to do those things that help to bring us out of a state of stress into a state of peace, calm, rest and relaxation.
For many this includes relief from the stress brought on by anxiety, fear and depression.

There are many simple things we can do to relieve and combat stress.
Here are a few ideas:
•Exercise
•Listen to uplifting music
•Dance
•Enjoy positive community
•Get outside and enjoy
Vitamin F-Fresh air
Vitamin S-Sunshine
Vitamin N-Nature
•Practice gratitude and
thankfulness
•Breath deep, long and
release 4-7 times
•”Let it go”
•”Shake it off”
•Relax! Relax! Relax!

These are key principles of Mama Heidi’s

What we put “in” our bodies
What we put “on” our bodies
What we allow in the environment “around” our bodies has huge impact on our health and wellness.

•Put whole, fresh, natural, as close to
nature as possible, foods into our
bodies
•Be aware of what we put “in” our
minds: de-stressing, practicing
mindfulness, cultivating an attitude of
thankfulness and gratitude
•Use natural body, face and hair care
products
•Find simple, economical DiY (do
it yourself) recipes for body care that
you can make yourself
•Use all natural household cleaning
and yard care supplies
•As well, there are many DiY recipes to
make your own home cleaning and
yard care supplies

Applying these simple principles helps to decrease the toxic, chemical load on our bodies, and in the environment as well, helping to strengthen our bodies, including our immune system, so that it can do its job of keeping us healthy and well!!

Fear paralyzes, impairing our thinking and impacting our immune system.
Fear puts you in a negative state and literally makes you more susceptible to illness and disease.

Faith frees us!
For me that faith is in my Savior and God, Jesus!
Walking in faith gives peace of mind, body and soul.
This can only strengthen ones body against illness and disease!
So for your health and wellness walk in faith not fear!
