Since then, I decided to crash into everything I see from now until Jan 1st when I have my appointment at the body shop.

One of the #1 things I teach when working with weight loss clients is BALANCE. Just because you’re on a wellness journey doesn’t mean you have to completely deprive yourself. In fact, often times I find that this can be damaging psychologically resulting in more difficulty in the long run!

So buy the fun Halloween donuts and go trick-or-treating. But also hit the gym and prioritize protein and water. Don’t let the 1-day holiday become a month of self-sabotage. Put yourself first, which sometimes means just a bite of the donut and sometimes means the whole dang thing!
