✨ Our Co-Occurring Support Group is a safe, judgment-free space where we talk openly about:
• Coping with anxiety, depression, or trauma while in recovery
• How substance use impacts mental health (and vice versa)
• Building healthy routines and support systems
• Finding hope, healing, and community
