Good morning everybody.

There has been a lot on everybody's mind lately, but we'd like to take a moment to celebrate at least one thing that's been very good. Several months ago our company had the first of a series of challenges in staffing, federal attacks, and arbitrary state payment withholds.

We asked two individuals to step into executive leadership roles knowing they had the talent, vision and passion for this work and our company, but not necessarily the specific experience in these newly created roles. Since then our company has stabilized, begun to put critical long term systems in place, expanded staffing and roles, and put us back on the growth path of supporting more DreamLifers than ever. A very solid base has been created.

We'd like to take a moment this morning to thank Amanda Creekmur Mander Jo our Program Executive and Rory Prodoehl our Community Executive for their unwaivering leadership, calm nature, creative commitment to building a company focused on improving lives, and for putting up with our demands for excellence.

With over five years of experience in home health and hospice care, Kafiya brings an incredible blend of empathy, patience, and adaptability to our crew. Whether she’s navigating a busy day with her signature calm presence or exploring Minnesota’s hidden nature spots, she is all about creating positive connections. When she’s not supporting others, you can find her gaming, collecting music, or working on her latest art project.

We are so lucky to have her grounded energy and expertise on board!

Kafiya has worked in the home health care field for over five years supporting individuals with disabilities as well as those receiving hospice care. Forget the powdered packets. We’re talking real cheese, perfect seasoning, and that silky texture you can only get from scratch. In the kitchen today, it wasn't just about the food; it was about the collaboration. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work! This DreamLifer leveled up their culinary skills today with a little assistance from their Destiny Associate. From boiling the perfect al dente pasta to whisking that gold-standard sauce, this duo crushed it.
