A connection that can often result in creating the real and deep changes we crave. Our yoga is not focused on fitness. Our classes offer attention to our inside; our emotional health. While other yoga studios focus on strength and flexibility, our yoga offers an opportunity for you to better manage your difficult emotions, ward off stress, tame your inner narrator, boost your mood and see yourself more clearly. Mindfulness: Our lives are characterized by stress, multitasking, digital distraction and a lack of sleep. Rewiring our mind is where feeling better begins. Our mindfulness workshops and courses integrate mind-body education with practice so that you can "learn by doing".
