So many people have asked my thoughts on GLP-1 medication, and I’ve largely avoided giving any opinions due to my lack of fully understanding them. This video is a wonderfully thoughtful introduction to these meds with an accurate description of their mechanism and realistic explanations of their pros and cons.

Near the end he says there is no “one size fits all” answer with these meds, and that perfectly describes how I feel about them.

Very quick thought on the confirmation of RFK Jr.:
As I enter my 30th year in the chiropractic field, this is the most significant event (influencing chiropractic access) I have ever witnessed. Leaving aside the absurd state of the left-right political situation in this country, HHS secretary is the most influential position in the world with regards to health promotion. This is the first time we have had a person in that position who is enthusiastically pro-chiropractic, and for that reason alone I believe the future health of this country will benefit greatly.

It is fair to disagree on things he has said in the past (or things I have said for that matter) but this confirmation is an unadulterated win for the field of chiropractic and everyone who utilizes it.
