^Today I had a consultation with a young lady that considered her nutrition program to be "pretty good". She said she's eating right now... Meaning she "wasn't eating sugars or bread or carbs". Once I explained to her that that's a misconception because there are foods that contain sugars that do not hinder a weight loss program and also bread products that you can eat that will increase your fiber and protein intake also - all carbs are not bad. Her eyes widened when I said that last part! I explain to her how there are complex carbs that boost your metabolism and also are high in fiber to help you to flush fat cells and she wanted to know more about the Ultimate Body Training System and that is what changed her whole attitude about what we do here . It makes me feel good to be able to offer a program that for over 10 years has been producing results and keeps getting better!
