Our business is based out of our six-acre farm in Northern Illinois. Should an emergency arise, we are readily available. Our commitment to the care of your beloved companion means that you can trust that he/she will be handled as humanely and respectfully as possible. We do our best to serve each customer and schedule according to their needs. Our schedules can be adjusted as conditions change. You WILL at all times be provided with the utmost care, compassion and understanding. The history of our business is our guarantee of this. We provide transportation to a fallen horse facility or a destination of your choice. We will also transport to a crematory or cemetery of your preference. If you need assistance on locating a facility, please feel free to call and we can provide you with information. Our services also include other four-legged friends: ponies, mules, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, sheep and goats. We proudly carry a permit through the state of illinois department of agriculture. Our success has been a direct result of our fine customers. If you are a current customer, we thank you. If not, we would appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

We are due to buy more small bails (in bundles of hay). Our medical bills have been a bit larger these last few months with all the puppers we have saved . We are asking for monetary donations to put toward our hay fund . If you have the means and desire to help on the horse side of the rescue it's truly appreciated.

10 yrs old. Old injury to leg. Was left for two years tied to a porch . Owner died. Family visited 2 times a week to feed and water for 2 years 😭FOSTER COMMITMENT NEEDED TO GET HIM HERE

“You do nothing with your horse.”

Sometimes the horse needs to be doing nothing.

Sometimes they need the pressure of timelines and goals taken off completely.

Sometimes they need to just be enjoyed as a pasture puff, living life just being a horse and being groomed and doted on, with no expectation,

Sometimes “doing nothing” is the ticket to getting the horse to a point mentally and physically where they are capable of doing “something.”

Sometimes horses are happiest just “doing nothing” forever and they don’t owe us labour.

It can and should be normalized to enjoy your horse simply being a horse.

So, “doing nothing” isn’t really “doing nothing,” it’s giving your horse the time and space they need to decompress.

And, contrary to how it sounds, it can actually be doing an awful lot to rehabilitate your horse and heal their mind and body

So, here’s to the equestrians who are currently “doing nothing” with their horses.

I’m sure your horse appreciates you for giving them the time they need.
