Tim Gleason totally geeks out when it comes to discussing nutrition and overall health. And when you get him together with business partner/nurse/wife, Megan, forget about it. They are so passionate about taking stellar care of their bodies, it is hard not to get pumped up to do the same when you are around them—which makes them the perfect team for inspiring and motivating others. Megan and Tim are the forces behind Elevate Nutrition, Maple Shade's newest supplement store. Elevate Nutrition provides top-of-the line, safe, nutritional supplements that are intended to help elevate and improve the day-to-day, as well as long-term lives of customers and their families. From daily multivitamins, fish oils, and herbs, to sports performance supplements, Elevate Nutrition’s commitment is to not only meet, but exceed the needs of anyone looking to improve their health and wellness. The nurse and nutritionist team have a combined 12 years’ experience in the health and nutrition industry. They met and went crazy for each other in sunny, San Diego when Megan was in nursing school and Tim managed several GNC franchises. With Megan working in the health field, and with nine years under Tim’s belt in the nutrition industry, it became clear that their “big endeavor” was opening their own supplement store. Location was critical. Megan was born and raised in Moorestown, NJ, having family ties to the South Jersey community for decades. She spoke for years on how amazing her hometown was, and soon enough, convinced him to return with her to her roots. It was an immediate fit (with 1 exception: he will forever be a die-hard Chargers fan). They hand-selected the location in the very shopping plaza Megan and her family have frequented for 38+ years. Elevate Nutrition is more than just a business venture for them—it is a catalyst for change in the community. The store is not a chain or a large corporate entity. It is a mom/pop, from-the-ground-up business. Megan and Tim are a roll-up-your-sleeves team who are pumped to connect with area residents, and help them achieve their overall health and fitness goals! - Graduated with a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Health, and Nutrition from San Diego State University
