Need a little meal prep inspiration? Try this Colorful Protein Stir-Fry 🍚

Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 lb chicken breast, tofu, or shrimp, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas or zucchini slices
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic (and ginger, if using) and sauté 30 seconds.
3. Add protein (chicken, tofu, or shrimp) and cook until done.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Stir in soy sauce/tamari, season with salt + pepper.
6. Serve over cooked brown rice or store in containers for meal prep.

Meal prep inspo for the week! Turkey lettuce wraps 🥬

Simple meals can still power recovery.

Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1½ lbs ground turkey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 12–16 butter lettuce leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt + pepper

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in skillet.
2. Add turkey + garlic. Cook until browned.
3. Stir in carrots + cabbage. Cook 3–4 minutes.
4. Season with lime, salt, pepper.
5. Store filling separately and assemble in lettuce leaves when ready.
