Tonight was extra special as Jeff and I stepped to the side and handed the reins of director for 14:23 Life Recovery Ministries over to Jeremy and Mara Reach.
Jeremy and Mara have been mentoring with us for almost a year and we know they are more than capable to do what we have done and SO MUCH MORE!!!
Our pastor has done a great job teaching us that great leaders will be succeeded making our ceiling the successors floor and we are so excited to walk along side them as they take on this new venture with Jesus!
God,
Bathe them with fresh oil.
Release fresh vision and fresh fire.
Grant them both wisdom and revelation that transcends beyond experience.
Guard their hearts from
discouragement.
Protect their family.
Strengthen their prayer life with You and give them a hunger for intimacy with You and let that always be their first ministry. In Jesus holy name! Amen.
This is not man made transition, it is anointed.
