The world will teach you that to love yourself is selfish/self centered/wrong… in my opinion & experience, loving yourself & having an attitude of thankfulness is the key to your happiness & living your life as you were meant to, reflecting that love to everyone around you. Think like you love yourself, eat like you love yourself, and speak like you love yourself. You deserve your best life, you are the creator of your life, you are powerful beyond what the world wants you to know. I’m here to help you remember. Look in the mirror at that beautiful person staring back at you & find the love & power in yourself. ✌️💛

Health is an all around subject. It’s mental, emotional, spiritual, & physical. I have many ideas & information on my website that I created so I could reach more people. It’s my gift to the world. Sourdough Navajo Taco Bread (you could also make this into sweet dessert bread) makes 8-12 1/2 cup sourdough starter 1 C milk 2 1/2 C freshly ground flour if possible, I use kamut or spelt Mix all ingredients the day before. Cover with a cloth and let sit for 7-24 hours. When you're ready, mix 1/4

Sometimes you need a little push to do what you’ve had planned to do but keep putting off. My website is a lot of work, but I started it as a way to give information to many people & share what I know. If you know me, you know health is my passion & it brings me pure happiness to share things to help make people’s lives better. My sister finally got a vibration plate and I told her today doing a lymph massage before getting on it makes it all the more effective. She wanted to know what I do, so I decided to make a video (a TikTok) to show what I do. Not professional at all… give me s break… i was born in 1975 & am electronically challenged. Completely out of my comfort zone. But I hope it will help those that want to know. I’ve been planning to do a grounding page & decided to mix it with lymph flow also. Just finished it.
