Sheldon Hamann, age 76, of Anthon, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at his residence of Anthon, Iowa.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Anthon, Iowa. Rev. Marty Davis will officiate. Committal Services will follow in the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery-Midway of rural Battle Creek, Iowa.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 13, 2026, at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Anthon, Iowa.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 2, 2026, at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mapleton, Iowa. Father William A. McCarthy will officiate. Committal services will follow in the St. Clair Township Cemetery in Ute, Iowa.

A Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the Mary’s Catholic Church in Mapleton, Iowa.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the Anthon Church of Christ of Anthon, Iowa. Pastor Glenn Smith and Pastor Kody Killian will officiate. There will be an Honor Guard and Final Call by the Anthon Community Ambulance Service immediately following the service.
