Emily Sandvold is the owner and licensed massage therapist of Nurture Your Body Massage. She attended The Bio-Chi Institute in Sioux City, IA and became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. Emily has a passion for the healing arts especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, stress, and pain. Emily feels committed to doing everything she can for her clients so they can get the best possible outcome. If you book a massage with me hoping I’m going to massage your p***c area, you have made a very poor life decision.

This is a professional massage practice, not a shady back-alley “spa.”

What you can ask for:
✔️ Back work
✔️ Neck work
✔️ Glutes
✔️ Professional hip flexor or psoas trigger point work

What you cannot ask for:
❌ Anything sexual
❌ Anything creepy
❌ Anything that makes me question how you were raised

She attended The Bio-Chi Institute in Sioux City, IA and became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. Emily has a passion for the healing arts especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, stress, and pain. Emily feels committed to doing everything she can for her clients so they can get the best possible outcome. She enjoys integrating different massage styles into sessions because she feels that one modality might not achieve the best solution. Nurture Your Body Massage is located inside Maier Family Pharmacy on 411 Main St. When entering the pharmacy Nurture Your Body Massage is to the left. There is plenty of parking out front and the pharmacy has a nice little gift gallery that you can look at while waiting or after your session.
