Clarification: I am not relocating my business. An old 2014 post was recently liked and began circulating again. I remain happily located in the pharmacy and have no plans to move

WHY PEOPLE AVOID GETTING A MASSAGE (AND SHOULDN’T!)

1. Cost

They think massage is a luxury instead of a health tool.

2. Feeling Self-Conscious

Worried about their body, skin, weight, or being touched.

3. Not Knowing What to Expect

Uncertainty about clothes, pressure, talking, or the whole process.

4. No Time

Busy schedules, work, kids, and responsibilities get in the way.

5. Medical or Pain Anxiety

Afraid it will hurt or unsure if it’s safe for their condition.

6. A Past Bad Experience

Too much pressure, not enough communication, or no results.

7. Feeling Guilty Taking Time for Themselves

They put everyone else first.

8. Misconceptions

“Massage is pampering,”
“Massage is only for special occasions,”
“It won’t help me.”

🧡 THE TRUTH

Massage supports pain relief, mobility, stress reduction, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
You deserve to feel good—your body will thank you
