With Christmas quickly approaching, we had some very special guests stop by today to spread some cheer. Students, teachers and parents from Danbury Catholic school came and sang Christmas songs for us! We thank them for thinking of us and hope they have a very Merry Christmas!

We took advantage of the beautiful afternoon and spent some time on the front porch with one of our overnight CNAs-Liz and her horses-Athena and Bullseye. We are very thankful that she brought them for us to spend some time with! It brought back some great memories from when they had their own horses.

This morning Jack and Chris Seuntjens brought in quite the display of jewelry for us all to enjoy. They do this in memory of their mom and dad- Mary and Wayne, who were residents at Maple Heights. Everyone that came got the chance to pick between necklaces, rings, braclets and a variety of coins. Everyone left with a bag full! We are so very thankful for their generosity and we look forward to doing it again!
