Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Objective: To create plans to improve or change problematic behaviors.

Job Summary:
EROS Services, LLC is an approved contract service provider through the NJ Division ofDevelopmental Disabilities (DDD). EROS Services, LLC provides distinctly unique support toadults ages 21 and older to meet the varied needs of county residents with disabilities.We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) looking to use theirtraining and skills to make a difference to adults 21 and older who are disabled.

Job Responsibilities:
● Implement Initial Assessments and Reassessment
● Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes; reviewing datacollection
● Behavioral assessment
● Development of behavior support plan
● Dissemination of plan
● Initial training and supervision of caregivers
● Training, oversight, and coordination with staff performing monitoring activities
● Periodic re-training and supervision of caregivers
● Review of raw and/or aggregated data associated with plan
● Periodic reassessment of behavioral support plan
● Revision of plan when required

Job Qualifications:
● BCBA Certification (Required)
● Authorization to work in USA
● Complete State/Federal Criminal Background check, Central Registry check, anddrug screening
● Have demonstrated experience in positive behavior support and/or applied behavioranalysis -AND- 1 year working with people with developmental disabilities
● Division mandated training

Job Types: In-Person Per-Diem(Part-Time)/Per Client Rate ($40)

This was an interesting read. "According to self-determination theory (SDT), we all have a natural, built-in tendency toward behavior that is effective and healthy. Every little bit helps

Save on hot water use
Making a few small changes in how you use water can easily save you 5% on your hot water use. Start in the morning by shortening your showers by a minute or two, and don't let the hot water run when you shave or brush your teeth. When doing laundry, wash your clothes in cold water. In the kitchen, run the water only when rinsing the dishes.

General Accountabilities:

- Support the clients in living an independent and productive life.
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing, etc.
- Accompany clients to various community activities.
- Ensuring that our clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
- Maintain reports on the services provided to the client.
- Preparing records on the development goals of the client.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
- The ability to gain trust, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English with individuals, their families and team members (at all levels).
- The ability to sit, bend, squat, reach, and physically pursue clients on foot for several hours at a time.
