Good Morning AGP,

Yesterday Amanda wrote about the importance of acknowledging emotions instead of pushing them aside to deal with a problem. We need to teach that to our children so that they can learn to regulate those emotions when they need to. It’s a skill that needs to be taught and modeled.

Anxiety can present itself in so many ways, that is why NAMI Minnesota offers Open Doors Anxiety & Panic Support Groups. NAMI Minnesota Open Doors Support Groups are free, peer-led support groups for any adult (18+) who is living with an anxiety or panic disorder. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences, build understanding and awareness, and connect with others.
