Starting today, November 15, 2025, Christmas wreaths and artificial items are allowed. They must be removed before March 15, 2026.

Veterans Day is a time for us to pay our respects to those who have served. On this day, we stand united in respect for all our veterans; for their patriotism, love of country and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.

It is celebrated on November 11 because this is the anniversary of the signing of the Armistice that ended World War I.

As a federal holiday, all non-essential federal offices will be closed. Post offices and most banks will be closed, as well as some local schools and local government offices. We will be in the office to assist as needed.

The 2025 United States elections are scheduled to be held today, Tuesday, November 4, 2025. This off-year election includes some gubernatorial and state legislative elections, as well as numerous mayoral races and a variety of other local offices. Special elections to the United States Congress for newly vacant seats will also take place. Check out your municipal and county races; city officers, school board members, township officers and/or local ballot questions.

Important Fall Roundup:

*The water spigots in the cemetery will be shut off for the season beginning TODAY, Wednesday, October 15.

*Also beginning next week we will begin our Fall Clean Up; mulching leaves and mowing, including mowing over flower beds.

We are in the office today!

Columbus Day falls on the second Monday in October. It is a federal U.S. holiday that commemorates the voyage and landing of Italian explorer Christopher Columbus in the “New World” on October 12, 1492.

We love to see your dogs in the cemetery. However, we do require that they be on leash at all times.

Trash stations are located throughout the cemetery for waste disposal. Please pick up after your dog.
