It has been my decidedly unique privilege to serve this wonderful community providing Physical Therapy for the past 33 years. After 41 years as a Therapist, I have decided to take on other challenges in a new phase of my life. I will retire on December 21st, the shortest day of the year, so that I may see each day after that, grow in light and hopefully open fresh areas of understanding and beauty for me.
Together with so many marvelous people, I have shared their goals and expectations when injury or disease changed their lives. I have been a therapist, sometimes a coach, sometimes a cajoler. I have laughed with them, planned timelines and sometimes, yes, cried with them. I’ve told a few jokes along the way to always try to be a positive influence and to see that the glass is definitely more than half full.
I would like to publicly acknowledge the fact that having Patricia by myside everyday has played an enormous part in the success of our office. So, going forward she will be able to devote more time to her absolutely stunning abilities as a developing and award-winning artist.
Diane also greatly helped in the efficient running of the office.
It has been a joy to be in a profession I loved, and I consider myself a very fortunate man. Thank you for contributing to this feeling.
With heartfelt gratitude.
Andrew
