Even if they were very young at the time, such a widespread collective stressor may have had an impact.

Parents, if you're seeing this in your children, you're not alone. It's a normal response, and gentle support and routines can help. Talk to your child's therapist if needed!

This week, we're ready for our brave food explorers to tackle Valentine's Day themed red foods! ❤🍓🍅

At Children's Theraplay, we use a combination of approaches that help build the underlying sensory and motor skills needed for feeding to be more successful. We use play-based, curious, gradual exploration of food to present a just-right challenge. By respecting boundaries while we work on underlying skills, we develop a safe space for your child to take more risks with food.
