Inversions can be a fun and challenging aspect of the yoga asana practice! In this 2-hour workshop, we will focus on establishing a well-aligned foundation to safely practice inverted postures like Headstand, Forearm Stand, and Handstand. Throughout the workshop, the emphasis will be on moving mindfully and having fun!
