BSY LIVER DETOX begins 11/10!

Blake’s testimonial: In June, I complimented one of our students on how healthy she looked and how strong her practice was. She had just come off a liver detox and said she felt healthy and strong. I asked my friend Hailey (a nutritionist) about it. At that time I had been caring for my dad who by the way is doing great. During that time I was eating like crap and felt sluggish all the time. I knew I needed a reset. She highly recommended it and we decided to do it together.

Also a dietitian and chef I figured I’d sweeten the deal for myself by offering to buy the groceries if Hailey did the cooking.

Short story long the meals were delicious. The program was very easy to follow and I felt great. I had more energy than I expected, the shakes were easy to make. The food was so delicious and I was completely satiated the whole time. I felt a layer of inflammation that had been lingering for a long time was finally gone.
Honestly, I can’t say enough about this detox and Hailey’s food which is why I wanted to share with you.

NEW CLASS: Somatic Flow w/ Katie Payne
Thursday evenings at 7:30pm

This class is designed to restore balance to both body & mind. You will begin with an opening meditation, then move into a 15-20 min yoga flow to gently build heat. In the second half of class, you will utilize somatic movement practices to help release tension and reset the nervous system. Class will end with 10 minutes of guided relaxation, breathwork or relaxation.
