NBH (245G) is the Direct Access leader quickly supporting our clients with opioid and stimulant use disorder. We are a long term provider with up to 365 days of MAT friendly residential and IOP services that we couldn't be more proud of.

Our Story

Northstar Behavioral Health is DHS Rule 31 licensed program. We currently offer a Women’s residential facility located in Linwood Township MN, and a Men’s residential facility in St. Paul MN. Both specialize in opioid addiction, are 16 beds and are Medically Assisted Treatment friendly.

Our Outpatient Men’s facility is also open in St. Paul MN and is a 9 month program. This begins at 30 hours per week and steps down to 20 hours per week after the first month. Clients will continue to step down every 12 weeks following until graduation.
