We set off on the trusty Boden Bus and stopped for lunch at the McDonald's across the street. The outing was a resounding success!! The restaurant showed remarkable flexibility in catering to our group's needs, ensuring our residents received exceptional care and had a memorable experience and a great time! This may be a long post, but I would appreciate it if you would read it. My name is Nancy Neuwirth, I am the new Director of Sales and Marketing at Boden. A little bit about myself, I have a weird side habit of rescuing Huskies. We currently own eight huskies. We live in farmland area and have fenced in area for them to run. We are kind of known as the land of misfit dogs, just because we can take harder cases with having dog doors and a fenced in area for them to run. We recently had a few dogs escape, one of them being a puppy mill dog who is terrified of everyone he does not know. Today would have marked 2 weeks that he has been missing, but due to having a village of people that were trying to help and get him home, he came home early this morning. We are so blessed to have so many people in our corner.

I would not choose to work at a facility that did not have the same mindset as my personal life. I truly truly believe that we have fabulous staff and a fabulous leadership team. Some days are great and some days are full of problems, but everybody here is ready to face whatever happens. Just like it took a village to get my dog home, it takes a village to work in memory care and be successful. I just want to say thank you to everyone here for being who you are, and I want you all to know that there are many people in your corner here at Boden ❤️

Aboard the Boden Bus, our group traveled to the temporary pumpkin patch located across the street from us - DC's Best Produce, where we participated in a vibrant pumpkin celebration. The produce available was of superior quality, and the staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and accommodation. With a vast array of pumpkins at their disposal, our residents delighted in choosing their preferred ones, and the setting proved to be an ideal location for taking photographs! See below!!
