It can be so easy to get caught up in the busyness of preparing, or traveling, or managing the dynamics of a family or group, and forget to pause and take in what Thanks-Giving is about. I made this 6 minute Meditation of Thanks last year and offer it again as a way to start your day with warm intention. It can be nice to do on Thanksgiving morning, before you have company, before sleep, or really anytime. Listen to it more than once if helpful. Enjoy and share it as you wish. You can listen to it on my website, or on the Insight Timer. See links in bio.

Mindful Reflections & Awakened Intentions Workshops - https://mailchi.mp/7423364bbe75/mindful-reflections-awakened-intentions-2025
Every year I look forward to facilitating this workshop. With mindful presence we will reflect on the closing year and we will lean in to listen to what wants our attention as we continue in the New Year. In the process, we will refresh ourselves on what really matters to us. This workshop will give you the dedicated space, time, and support to honor your life. I hope to see you there.

A Mindful Pause 11/9: How Much Challenge Is Enough/Not Enough? - https://mailchi.mp/5718fd14eda1/mindful-pause-week-of-11-9-2025
Just before the retreat, a longtime and dear member of A Mindful Life asked me if I was more comfortable now leading retreats. My response to her was that I don’t think I’ll ever be comfortable. I am simply more comfortable being uncomfortable. As I approach my 51st year, what I am starting to discover is how much of a challenge is enough and I invite you to reflect, too. Not Everyone Lives In NJ! - https://mailchi.mp/f64fc95fdc6b/zoom-offerings
You don't have to live in "dirty Jersey" to be in this mindful community. I am here to nudge those of you who live elsewhere to join us. You might read my emails and listen to my meditations, but did you know that you could be online with us? I have a few offerings on Zoom: Two A Mindful Life groups, one weekly drop in-meditation, and in December a Mindful Reflections and Awakened Intentions Workshop . It's a great community and one you can be a part of.
