Sweethearts, this world is absolutely a dumpster fire right now. And there are some really amazing things happening too, because people are coming together. We’ve got each other.

Some of you may know that I have worked with refugees and victims of war torture and trauma for over 12 years as a clinician, a Board member and an avid volunteer. These are some of the most incredible, loving and giving individuals I have ever had the honor to work with, and they are my family. We need your support now, more than ever.

Come talk to me at Living Room in Maplewood TONIGHT from 5:00-6:00, learn about my work with refugees and how you can get involved with organizations I partner with, like Welcome Neighbor, to make a difference. There are so many things you can do to be a supporter, and it really just starts with showing up. 🙏🏻❤️

GIRL. Mental health cannot be removed from human rights. Period.

Clinicians, helpers, healers —WHITE PEOPLE especially— make sure you make it really clear that you are safe for vulnerable communities.

Come see me at Living Room on Wednesday to learn how you can support refugees through organizations like Welcome Neighbor in STL! There are so many ways you can show up right now!

Monday morning, come drink coffee, let your littles play (or give me a baby to snuggle!) while we hash out the expectations versus realities of motherhood. OOoofff!! It’s a wild one.

We have the most wonderful, supportive moms that come to group, and it makes dragging yourself and your kiddos out of the house on Monday a little more bearable. 💜

Good morning, mamas! 💛 Mom Circle with Bright Tribe Therapy and Wellness is finally back tomorrow morning!

Starting the year with a mile-long to-do list and already feeling overwhelmed? Yep, me too. This week we’re chatting about mom realities vs. expectations and how to actually balance it all...or at least try 😉

Reserve your spot now!

It’s been a long holiday break without Mom Circle with Tribe Therapy and Wellness and I’ve missed my girls, but we are SO back this Monday! 🥹💛

Anyone else start the year with a whole list of things they want to do… and already feel overwhelmed? Same.

This week we’re talking all about mom realities vs. expectations and how to actually balance it all (or at least try 😉).

I realllllly can’t wait to see you all back in the playroom, this one is going to feel so good. ✨

🎄 Choose your holiday battle, Mama:
A) Your toddler “accidentally” breaking your MIL’s very sentimental glass decoration she left at toddler eye level 😬or
B) A no-nap toddler running entirely on Christmas cookies 🍪😵‍💫

Let’s be real… neither one is winning. And we SEE you. We’ve lived it. We totally get it. ❤️

Take a breather, laugh about the chaos, and talk holiday stress with moms who truly understand.

✨ Mom Circle with Bright Tribe Therapy and Wellness is back this Monday at Wild Sprouts! Save your spot now! ✨

Monday, exhausted magic makers!

This month’s Mom Circle with Bright Tribe Therapy and Wellness is dedicated to the elf movers, gift wrappers, and full-time magic makers of the world, and no, we’re not talking about Santa.

We’re talking about you, moms.

We’re carving out just one hour of your jam-packed December to focus on you. To laugh, vent, and talk about all the fa-la-la-la f**king chaos we power through to make sure our kids have the best Christmas ever.

We love it… we hate it… and we’re going to talk about it.

Plus: free coffee.
