A friend+fellow LMT sprouted this baby 🥑avocado tree and gifted her to me to live amongst the other green things there basking in the sunlight of the large office windows.

🐛In a discussion with a friend today, learned that caterpillars have up to 4,000 muscles in their tiny little bodies.

For reference-- 🏋🏼‍♀️Humans have over 600 skeletal muscles (depending how they are classified, i.e. overlapping as digestive, cardiovascular, etc.)

But wait...
🐘 An elephant's trunk *alone* has about 40,000 muscles.
