As I'm working in my craft room I noticed that it's awfully quiet, I don't hear the dogs. So I go looking to see what they're up to figuring that they are up to some trouble. But this is what I found.....

Today, on the food prepping schedule is making chaffles. These are such a versatile item to keep in your refrigerator or freezer. In your refrigerator you can keep them for a week or in your freezer for 3 months.

I love to have them for breakfast with an egg on top, or little bit of cream cheese, as a snack with peanut butter, or for dinner I love to top it with some chicken and alfredo sauce. They also make great hamburger buns. The ideas are endless!

I've been slacking off the last few months, but as of today I am getting back on track with my lifestyle eating, exercise and wellness.

After having a healthy breakfast that consisted of a chaffle with cream cheese and eight jumbo blueberries, I hopped on the treadmill to do a workout for the first time in a few weeks.

Now it's time for another item that adds to my overall health and wellness.... spending time in my craft room.

Today I am doing some cleaning, sorting, and organizing. We all know you cannot create in chaos and that's what my craft room looked like yesterday; I have been busy just gathering stuff, going to events, and then putting it on the floor or on a workspace when I returned home. I even had an assistant yesterday.

So not only was it time to get back on track with my eating and my exercise, but also with decluttering and cleaning up.
