Saturday morning and it's all smiles here in Southern California! This past 10 days I've really been focusing on making sure I've been getting 8 hours or more of sleep. I've been successful except for one night when got 7 hours. I've been going to sleep earlier and I've been limiting my carbohydrate intake to less than 60g per day which now has me in Ketosis, see my story on Instagram for more info in this. I think that has definitely helped. I've also been keeping a regular routine with bed time and wake up time. All this has helped and I really do feel fabulous and ready to attack life today. Now I'm off for a bike ride! Happy Saturday and I hope you get outside and find way to be active and move this weekend! Juice On!

This is a Mint, Lemon and Ginger juice combined with a blended mango! The blended portion is about 25% of the volume so it's still quite thin and more like a juice texture so it's easy to sip through a paper straw! How's your Mother's Day planning going?

joethejuicer 44 on the left! 50 in the middle! And 56 on the right! I took this selfie with no filter this morning on my Birthday! Technically it's still May 29 in the US but I was born in Australia and so it's May 30 down there already which means I get to celebrate a particularly long Birthday! Also- just to be clear- I've never had any work done at all...I get asked about Botox all the time...
NEVER for me! No judgment elsewhere but l'm happy to age gracefully! I do get facials at least once a month and have done for a long ass time...30 years at least!
Also I always wear sunscreen SPF 30 minimum! No alcohol for 15 years helps. No smoking for 15 years helps. Consumption of Fruit and Veggies still high! One thing I've still got to get better at is Sugar...but hey no one is perfect and we are all a work in progress! Juice On Geminis!!
