Reiki is the Japanese name for Universal Life Force Energy. It is subtle, natural, and profoundly intelligent.

Reiki Level Two is where your relationship with this sacred energy deepens, where your hands become clearer channels, your intuition strengthens, and your healing work expands beyond the physical plane.

This is often called the Practitioner Level — but truly, it is the level of refinement.

In this immersive afternoon training, you will:

✨ Receive your Level Two attunement
✨ Learn and activate the sacred Reiki symbols
✨ Understand how to send Reiki across distance (past, present & future)
✨ Strengthen your intuitive healing abilities
✨ Expand your capacity to support emotional and mental healing
✨ Practice giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive circle

Reiki Level Two allows you to work beyond time and space, offering healing to clients, loved ones, situations, and even your own inner child or future self.

This energy can bring comfort and ease to people and animals, facilitating physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is gentle, yet powerful.

You will leave this training with:
💫A deeper connection to Universal Life Force Energy
💫Increased confidence in your healing gifts
💫The ability to offer distance Reiki
💫 A certificate of completion

This training is open to those who have completed Reiki Level One (any lineage welcome).

Last night we practiced Kapalabhati pranayama along with grounding movement, mantra and silent meditation.

Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath) is a powerful, firey, active pranayama technique which cleanses the respiratory system, boosts energy, and stimulates digestion.

It works to assist in digesting our emotional experiences, in creating heat to burn samskaras (stuck energy). It consists of rapid, forceful exhalations, produced by contracting the abdominal muscles, followed by short, passive, automatic inhalations.

Many of the participants were feeling fatigued, and the energizing properties manifested for us all.

It’s great to get together in community for our spiritual practice; practicing together amplifies the power of our intentions and action for the benefit of all Beings.

We’re closing out the Lunar Year of the Snake and stepping into the Year of the Horse, right on a New Moon, amplified by eclipse energy. This is a powerful threshold.

The Year of the Snake energy asked us to shed, old skins, identities, and patterns that no longer fit. Much of that work has been quiet, internal, deep and transformative.

Now the energy shifts for us individually and for the collective.

The Horse brings bold, forward-moving momentum. It symbolizes freedom, passion, and independence, but not recklessness. It asks us to move with integrity and to share what’s truly in our hearts.

Whatever old patterns have shifted in the Year of the Snake, has made space for embodied expression of the truth of you and the collective.

🕊️Where have you been quietly transforming?

🕊️And are you ready to move?

This is a moment of release and ignition. Let what you’ve shed make space for where you’re meant to run next.

In times like these, choosing to slow down is not indulgent, it is powerful and the medicine you need right now to regulate and integrate.

It’s why I’m inviting you to step into 🕊️The Peace Portal, a weekly Zoom gathering devoted to restoring balance, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating peace in community, on Mondays from 5:30–6:30PM.

This is a space where we intentionally shift out of fight, flight, or freeze, and into breath, presence, and steadiness.

Each week, we’ll gently reconnect to ourselves through:
• Pranayama (conscious breathwork)
• Optional, accessible movement
• Recitation of the peace mantra
• Silent meditation

On select evenings, guest meditation leaders will join us, bringing new textures and wisdom into our shared field.

🕊️The Peace Portal is offered on a sliding scale / donation basis because collective healing should be accessible. You are welcome exactly as you are, centered or scattered, calm or overwhelmed.

Today, Monday February 16th at 5:30 PM- link in bio to join us- all are welcome 🤗

Dear ones, today is Friday the 13th and as some who devotes her practice to Shakti, I invite you to lean into the true energy that is held within this divine feminine day. Remember, we all contain both Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energy and expression, together they create wholeness.

Friday the 13th holds the Divine feminine power of the number 13, which is represented as 13 moon cycles in a year. Friday is governed by Venus, the planet of love, beauty, sensuality, magnetism, art, and pleasure….of all which is Shakti, the immanent force of the Divine and Divine Feminine expression.

Perhaps you may have known this information, or perhaps this is a new perspective for you, to view the true energetics behind Friday the 13th from the lens of Shakti, either way I have to share this simple practice to embody this energy right now.

Simple Shakti Practice for Friday the 13th

Today or tonight, light one candle.

Stand or sit with your hand on your lower belly (womb space for women, creative center for everyone).

Close your eyes.

And whisper:

“I trust the wisdom moving through me.”

Then breathe into your hips.
Slow. Deep. Unapologetic.

Ask: Where have I silenced my intuition? Where am I ready to soften instead of force? How can I embody and express all emotions within safety? What wants to be felt and wants to flow instead of being fixed and rigid?

Then let your body answer. Not your mind. Move intuitively without inhibition, flow within the power of Shakti.

Because Shakti lives in sensation.

Today is about reclamation.

It’s about remembering that what was once called “dangerous” was often just powerful and feminine.

And if you feel a little more intuitive, a little more sensual, a little more emotionally electric today? Thank Shakti 💕

A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to our online Peace Portal gathering on Monday evening 🙏🏾

It was incredibly powerful to gather together and regularly our nervous systems together holding the intention for peace for everybody in every living thing on the planet.

I wanted to share this one practice that we did together - the peace mantra – Om Shanti Shanti Shanti

It’s a Sanskrit mantra meaning “Om, peace, peace, peace,” used in Yogic practice and part of the Indian wisdom traditions to invoke universal harmony by seeking peace on physical, mental, and spiritual levels, and addressing distress, agitation and conflict from the self, others, and on the level of the universe.

It could be described as a way to cultivate peace in the body (free from pain), mind (free from stress), and soul (connected to the divine), and is often chanted to bring about calmness of the mind and foster connection.

so I invite you to find a quiet space go within, if you have a mala, this is a perfect drop of all of Practice to recite 108 times with your mala. And if you don’t have a mala, feel free to recite it 108 times or how many times it lands for you within your heart.

Drop a ☮️ below if you’ll try this practice!

May you all find peace today, within your heart and soul 🕊️

We are moving through a season that is both potent and tender.

So much is shifting within the collective field, and our bodies, hearts, and nervous systems are feeling it.

This is not a time to muscle through in isolation. It’s a time to come together. 🙏🏾

The Peace Portal emerged through a gentle yet clear guidance from Spirit, a call to gather in community, to breathe in unison, to settle the nervous system, and to remember peace as something we can embody and ripple outward.

🕊️Starting today, Monday, 2/9 at 5:30 PM EST, we’ll gather weekly on Zoom in a donation-based circle dedicated to grounding, emotional integration, and shared healing.

Our time together will include supportive practices such as pranayama (breathwork), optional intuitive movement, recitation of the peace mantra, and spacious silent meditation.

Dear one, if you’ve been feeling the weight of the world lately… you’re not imagining it.

These are intense and tender times. There’s so much moving through the collective, and our nervous systems are being asked to hold more than ever before. In moments like this, we’re not meant to do it alone.

The Peace Portal was born from a clear invitation from Spirit, to gather, to breathe together, to regulate, to soften, and to remember peace as a living frequency we can cultivate within and share outward.

Beginning this Monday 2/9 at 5:30 PM EST, we’ll meet weekly on Zoom in a donation-based circle devoted to nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and collective healing.

Together we’ll explore grounding practices including pranayama (breathwork), gentle somatic movement (optional), recitation of the peace mantra, and silent meditation.

No experience is needed.

Come exactly as you are. This is a space to land, to be supported, and to reconnect with your humanity and Spirit, for your own wellbeing and for the benefit of all beings.

Do you ever feel like your throat is tight or a sensation of constriction? Like you have so much to share, but have a hard time expressing yourself?

💙 Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) is the subtle body vortex related to true expression.

Located at the throat center and often associated with the color sky blue, the throat chakra governs how we outwardly communicate, express, and live in integrity.

When this energy center is balanced, you may notice:
💙You speak clearly and honestly
💙Your words align with your values
💙You feel heard and you listen deeply

When it’s blocked or underactive, you might experience:
💙Fear of speaking up
💙People-pleasing or silencing yourself
💙Tightness in the neck, jaw, or throat

The element of the throat chakra is Ether (Space), reminding us that truth needs room to move. Expression isn’t meant to be forced; it’s meant to flow.

Here’s a simple practice that you can lean into right now and connect with your Throat Chakra
Chant “HAM” (the seed sound of the throat chakra pronounced like hum) or hum gently for a few minutes. Let the vibration soften your throat and create space for your voice to emerge.

Affirmation:
“I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.”

Your voice matters. Your truth matters.

Learn how to access the energy of your Throat Chakra at our Resorative Yoga Series February 7th from 3:30 - 5 pm at , in Marblehead, MA.

This is how you embody Shakti…

Bring your attention to your lower belly and pelvis.

Notice any sensation, warmth, stillness, tightness, or movement.

Do not try to change it.

Allow you body to naturally flow in any intuitive way- a sway, a gentle circle, a subtle shift, or stillness, if that’s what’s present.

This is you listening and responding to Shakti.
Now, go within and ask yourself- how does this feel for you right now, at this moment?

And allow your intuition to guide you to the answers that come through your heart and out of your throat chakra, maybe through words, sound or knowing.

I want to invite you to stop, for a moment, pause and connect with intention.

For so much transformation begins here, with the seed of intention.

Not with force and not with certainty. But an ease of curiosity.

Dear one, when you soften your grip on how you think things should be, you create space for life to meet you in new ways. New perspectives don’t arrive when you’re bracing for the next “thing to happen”, they arrive when you’re willing to pause, be open, look again and shine your light.

What might shift for you if you aimed your intention not toward fixing… but toward listening?

About Parinama

The idea of change or transformation is known in Yogic texts and philosophy as Parinama.

Change is the only constant in life. If we are honest in our observation, we can see how nothing stays the same. Most of us create habits becoming attached to our joys or our pain, but the expectation of one thing being the same forever, or the comfort of the familiar, ultimately does not bring peace.

The key to inner peace is cultivating equanimity, finding the ability to deal with the ups and downs of life without clinging to one or the other. Just like the seasons in the Northern Hemisphere, we as beings are constantly changing, evolving and growing. with equanimity, we can learn to be present in each moment.

As we flow with the natural rhythm of life, we begin to understand that life is an adventure, a process of unveiling the many layers of complexity which make up each of us. we all experience many cycles of transformation throughout life. As we grow older and gain wisdom, we can gratefully look back with hindsight to know that challenges we face are simply catalysts helping us to heal parts of ourselves that need healing. Through the process of healing, we all have the ability to reveal different dimensions of ourselves.
