Love this wall ball mindset tip! Do 16 reps, rest, then do 15 reps, rest. Continue this until you hit 9. Then you're done! 100 wall balls ✅👏

This has taken a huge mental load off my brain and also makes practicing 100 wall balls easier to digest doing as mentally this is so hard to tackle! And physically, well that's beyond words 😮‍💨🤭

Your running route matters. When your route is aligned with your running intention, that's where the magic happens. Letting your runs be intuitive and feeling oriented is what allows you to foster confidence and connection.

Are you training for a race/wanting to build up your mileage and want to feel progress over time? Run the same route. Practice the same incline, where the wind picks up, when you have to cross the road, etc. and let these be your mile markers. Each time, see where you can pick up the effort and/or feel more confident. Feel comfort in practicing the same route and mastering it. This allows you to "feel" progress over time without looking at your watch.

Are you looking to distance to your runs? An out and back route works great for this. Slowly run further and further over time and again, "feel" your progress. This allows you to add based on a feeling vs forcing mileage on.

Need momentum? Loop running is great. You can do a loop several times to find rhythm and cadence. This could also be a great way to add distance in. Or if you have a long run, you could do several loops to make the distance less daunting and also have hydration available for you. Love this option for long runs of marathon training.

Burned out? Be free! Adventure run is in order! This is where you find a route that gets you the most excited and make an adventure of it. Maybe it’s running to brunch to meet friends, taking it the trails of your favorite park, or getting in some ocean views. This is perfect if you need to switch things up with your running routes because you’re feeling bored or if you’re getting burned out in your training. Or you need some nice, easy, leisurely miles.

Now, go dig your feet into those roads and let them hold you and support you 🤍✨Let's gooooo!

I invite you to do this very special practice: creating a sigil 🤍✨

1. Set your intention for your race. This can be a word or short phrase. If you need help with this, DM me, and I can help you!

2. From those letters, omit all vowels and repeated letters.

3. From remaining letters, create a design. This is your sigil.

Options of how to use it:
✨Place that sigil on your body as a reminder to receive the energy of your intention.
✨Meditate on it as a way to ground, and drop in; scanning the design in your head.
✨Write a love letter to yourself in preparation for race day and sign it with your sigil

How I use sigils for running and my life:
✨I write myself a letter every morning and sign it with my sigil
✨I score the sourdough bread I make with my sigil; making it an offering, especially if this a gift for someone
✨I have had henna done on my body with my sigil
✨I meditate and call in the energy of my sigil when I need it

New York, I see you 👀 Hyrox simulation ✅ Ditched my expectations, refused to look at my watch, and trusted the work I put in 👏 And, it clicked! Progress is happening 🙏

Before I raced, I pulled the Sunrise card from my Oracle for Runners deck. It couldn't have been more perfect. Kept me curious on exploring vs. comparing and held me steady!
