Our Client contacted us regarding this 55 year old Cleft Slate floor that was warn and scratched from having bigger dogs.

We stripped this surface a total of 7 times and used 3 different products to get the old finish off. After deep cleaning and letting the floor dry naturally, We then seal the surface for durability and longevity.

This 100 year old cementitious Terrazzo was left neglected, under carpet for the past 40-60 years. When contractors removed the carpet, they realized what was hiding beneath all the jute and old adhesive.

Our team reached the desired finish through a series of honing, densification, and polishing phases. Followed by 2 coats of Betco - Liquishield. At the same time, saving our client from the total costs of new installation.
