As I recover from surgery, Sun & Soul Tanning and More was the perfect place to visit today. 🙂 I had researched ways to help my body detox and heal after surgery and foot detox & lymphatic massage came up. Perfect since both are in the building where I have my Rife Machine! 😁💕 So Jaclyn Lyles helped me out with the foot detox, I got a lymphatic/craniosacral/relaxation massage for an hour at Evergreen Massage (Whitney is the best!!!), I ran a couple Rife programs for myself (Fluid Retention Reduce and Regeneration & Healing), and finished all that wonderfulness off with getting some good food to bring home (today's special - chicken bacon ranch quesadilla 😋🤤). Such a great day! 😃 Taking care of myself was so convenient to do right in my hometown. 😊💕 If you haven't visited this gem in Marcellus yet, you're missing out! Great people & great vibes. I'm blessed to be a part of it. 🥰
