Friends and Supporters,
In this challenging year of 2020, I hope this note finds you well and enjoying the holiday season as much as possible under these pandemic circumstances.
One year ago, I wrote you regarding the passing of Penny (my best friend, love of my life, hero and wife of 50+ years) losing her battle with ovarian cancer. She fought with everything she had to beat this horrific rare cancer, exhausting all possibilities for a cure. I miss her terribly but know there is an opportunity for others inflicted with ovarian and other rare cancers to win their battles, attain a cure and better quality of life.
In Penny's memory, I am kicking off my 2021 Cycle For Survival Memorial Sloan Kettering Equinox campaign. I am riding with my daughter, Kristin, and my daughter-in-law, Jen in the event on May 2nd. Rare cancers are underfunded leaving people diagnosed with few options. Memorial Sloan Kettering along with Equinox raised $40 million last year and $260 million since its inception.
As I have said, I miss Penny terribly and my life will never be the same but I know I can help by supporting this great cause. I ask that you join me and consider donating in Penny's memory. 100% of all donations go directly to Memorial Sloan Kettering.
JOIN THE BATTLE. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance and wishing you peace in Penny's honor.
Frank
