It’s BACK and kicking off TODAY! 💥
Looking for a way to keep your athlete active between sports seasons, beat the colder temps, and continue building strength and confidence? This program is it!
Our mission is to help student-athletes become faster, stronger, and more explosive—all while reducing injury risk and boosting overall performance. Each session includes performance-driven drills plus dynamic and static stretching for total athletic development.
📅 WHEN: Every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 3:45–4:45 PM
🚀 STARTS: Monday, November 3 — THAT’S TODAY!
🧒 WHO: Kids, Grades 4–9
🏃♂️ WHAT: Full-body strength training, speed and agility work, coordination drills, footwork, and jumping mechanics—all in a fun, structured environment.
🗓️ FORMAT: Come as often or as little as you’d like—whatever fits your child’s schedule!
