The RANs at The University of Alabama in Huntsville and The University of South Alabama are partnering to host a free virtual workshop featuring Dr. Jordan Albright, Assistant Professor in the USA Department of Psychology and Director of the Community-Partnered School Mental Health + Autism (COSMA) Lab.

Dr. Albright will share practical, research-informed strategies to help parents and caregivers support social skill development at home.

Managing Burnout for Adults with ASD

The impact of cognitive distortions, stress, and perfectionism will be discussed. Strategies including resilience, connection, positive reappraisal, and self-care will be offered.
