Today marks three years since the passing of Bishop Samuel E. Blount, a beloved leader, faithful servant, and the longtime owner of Marianna Funeral Home. We pause with grateful hearts to remember his legacy of compassion, excellence, and service to families throughout Lee County and beyond. His wisdom, kindness, and commitment to ministry continue to guide the work that we do.

As we reflect on his life on this Thanksgiving Day, we give thanks for the foundation he laid and the many lives he touched. We are grateful for every family who has trusted Marianna Funeral Home throughout the years, and we honor Bishop Blount by continuing to serve with dignity, respect, and love.

From our family to yours, we pray that your Thanksgiving is filled with peace, comfort, and gratitude. May God bless you and keep you during this season of reflection and thankfulness.
